Wisconsin: The total number of indefinitely confined voters in 2020 was 169,282, more than the past 10 years combined.

Matt Braynard, Executive Director of Look Ahead America and Former Data Chief and Strategist for Trump for President, has highlighted some interesting statistics in Wisconsin.

In Wisconsin, there is one type of absentee ballot that does not require ID: 'indefinitely confined.'[1]

The total number of indefinitely confined voters between 2010 and 2019 was 40,709. In 2020, the number of indefinitely confined voters in Wisconsin dramatically shot up to 169,282, more than the past 10 years combined.

To illustrate just how extreme the jump in indefinitely confined voters was, here's the data presented as a graph:

The Wisconsin Elections Commission[2] website states:

"2. Indefinitely confined status shall not be used by electors simply as a means to avoid the photo ID requirement without regard to whether they are indefinitely confined because of age, physical illness, infirmity or disability."

However, whatever the rules state, the statistics shown above raise questions as to whether 'indefinitely confined status' has been used as a way to exploit the lack of ID requirements.

A whistle blower who works with developmentally disabled adults has revealed examples of voter fraud in assisted living facilities and group homes which possibly links in with this:

"Susan couldn't believe what she was hearing. Client after client, developmentally disabled person after developmentally disabled person all told the same story: Their vote was stolen from them.

Susan, a disability service coordinator who works with developmentally disabled adults who live in various assisted living facilities and group homes in and around Milwaukee, says every one of her more than 20 clients told her that they were either pressured to vote for Democratic candidate Joe Biden or had a vote cast for Biden before they ever had a chance to see their ballot."
