The overvotes are 140, 150, 200%, 300, 400%! How can you have 400% overvotes without having fraud? The total number of indefinitely confined voters between 2010 and 2019 was 40,709. In 2020, the number of indefinitely confined voters in Wisconsin dramatically shot up to 169,282, more than the past 10 years combined.
