Evidence of algorithm: "We observed raw vote data that includes decimal places."

A sworn affidavit from cybersecurity expert, Russell James Ramsland, Jr, highlights some very interesting observations regarding statistical impossibilities in the vote count. Russell James Ramsland, Jr., part of the management team of Allied Security Operations Group, LLC, raises numerous red flags in the affidavit, four of which include:

1) Over 100% turnout
2) Decimal points in voter totals
3) Massive voting spikes
4) More ballots counted than physically possible.

Let's look at each red flag in greater detail:

1) Over 100% turnout

Paragraph 11 of the affidavit highlights the statistically impossible voter turnout in numerous precincts:

"There were at least 19 precincts where the Presidential Votes Cast compared to the Estimated Voters Based on Reported Statistics exceeded 100%."

Throughout most of the vote count in Wisconsin, President Trump held a steady lead. With 82% reporting, President Trump was up by 4.9 points; 51.7% to 46.8%. At 4am with 94% reporting, President Trump was up by 4.1 points.

President Trump led comfortably throughout
the evening until the final 6%.

There are currently 3,297,174 votes counted in Wisconsin, 3,240,268 of which are split between President Trump and Joe Biden. At 94% reporting that equated to 3,045,852 votes, split between President Trump and Joe Biden as follows:

President Trump = 1,585,366 votes
Biden = 1,460,486 votes

And yet despite this consistent lead for President Trump throughout the counting process, after the final 6% was counted, the overall vote totals somehow arrived at:

President Trump = 1,609,879 votes
Joe Biden = 1,630,389 votes

That means the final 6% of votes were split as follows:

A batch of 23,277 ballots in Philadelphia, all for Biden.

The democrats found a batch of 23,277 votes in Philadelphia and incredibly, every single ballot was for #GropeyJoe. 🤔 Not a single ballot was for President Trump. Not a single ballot was for third party candidates.

In a hypothetical precinct with a 50/50 split of voters, the chance of a vote going for either President Trump or #GropeyJoe is statistically equivalent to a coin flip. Now imagine flipping a coin 23,277 times, and every single time it lands on tails. That is what the democrats would have us believe happened.

This is the level of blatant fraud the democrats are committing. Fraud on this level is beyond stupidity. If they had 'found' a batch of 23,277 ballots with a 90/10 split then it would still be statistically impossible, but their partners in crime in the media would have covered for them by passing it off as believable, and their statistically illiterate sheep would have swallowed it. But to claim that out of 23,277 ballots every single voter voted for #GropeyJoe demonstrates a level of stupidity which makes their fraud blatantly obvious to even the most dimwitted establishment puppet.
