Bill Binney explains the difference between glitches and design

Bill Binney is a former NSA Technical Director and one of the founders of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS), a group of former U.S. intelligence officers.

Here he is explaining the difference between a glitch and design.

Bill Binney: "These things that they're calling glitches in software that are randomly changing only certain votes, they're not glitches at all. Those are programmed into the software. It's doing exactly what it's supposed to.

"If there's a problem in software we call those bugs. If the bug is in the software it does everything consistently. With everything. Not just selectively picking things. If only certain things are selectively picked and changed, that's not a bug. That's designed in the software. That's intentional."

Bill Binney's explanation is a reference to the 'glitch' in Antrim County which sent 6,000 President Trump votes to Joe Biden. The Dominion software which caused the 'glitch' is used in 30 states including all of the battleground states.

Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney explains Hammer

Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney, Ret., was interviewed on November 3, 2020, by Steve Bannon regarding a cyberwarfare application known as Hammer / Scorecard.

Steve Bannon: "Explain to our audience what this is and why it should be of such concern to people in this current situation that we're in."

Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney: "Yes, I will, Steve. The fact is is that Hammer is what we call a SIGINT, a signals intelligence program that the NSA came up with years ago. The CIA picked it up under the Obama administration, and I broke it in March of 2017 about what they were doing on the Russian hoax.

"But the fact is the Obama administration took this system and they put in an application in this SIGINT program called Scorecard. Scorecard changes votes at a certain point in the voting stream. And if I can, and by the way the Obama administration used it in the 2012 election in Florida, so both Obama and Biden are very familiar with this.
