Dominion employee: "Scamming America"

A Dominion employee has left a one star review on Glass Door with the title "Scamming America". The review was posted on February 12, 2013, and lists as one of the cons, "Product flaws should be exposed but I need my job."

Dominion's reply to the review claims they are committed to 'transparency and accountability'. However, as Ron CodeMonkeyZ pointed out in his analysis of the Dominion Voting System user manual, there are numerous issues which prevent transparency and accountability, including:

  • Network Security is very weak since all software access keys use the same cryptographic pair. This gives plausible deniability to whoever potentially decides to mess around with voting settings. It can't be proven who changed a setting since everybody has the same key.
  • Local IT guys have ultimate power to clandestinely change settings, thus having the ability to potentially alter an entire election.
  • Dominion is a black box with votes ultimately tabulated in a central server system.
