A Judicial Watch study found 353 U.S. counties had 1.8 million more registered voters than eligible voting age citizens. 42 of those counties with registration rates exceeding 100% were in Colorado, amounting to approximately two thirds of Colorado's 64 counties.
The study was based on the most recent registration data posted online by the states themselves. Worryingly, the numbers may be even higher, because certain states may have excluded 'inactive voters' from their data.
