"According to Congressional intent and past precedent, there is no President-Elect."

The media and the democrats have falsely been using the term 'President Elect' in order to manipulate people into mistakenly believing that Joe Biden won the election. Congressman Jody Hice, Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Government Operations, recently issued a letter to correct the democrats' fraudulent use of terminology, and to remind the General Services Administration (GSA) to adhere to the Constitution. 

Arguably the key sentence from the letter is this:

"According to Congressional intent and past precedent set by President Clinton, as of today, there is no apparent President-Elect."

The full text of the letter is reproduced below:

"Dear Administrator Murphy:

On November 9, 2020, Democratic House Members sent you a letter that misrepresented the facts surrounding your responsibilities under the Presidential Transition Act of 1963 (Act).^[1] I write to correct the record.^[2] However, this assistance can only occur after there are “apparent successful candidates for the office of the President and Vice President, respectively, as ascertained by the Administrator [you].”^[3]

There are enough state contests in question, such that there is not yet an apparent President or Vice-President-Elect. Precedent and legislative history present three situations where there may be an un-apparent President-Elect:

Sidney Powell: "It's going to blow the mind of everyone in this country."

In an interview with Eric Bolling on America This Week, Sidney Powell has disclosed shocking revelations regarding how Dominion voting machines are set up to allow votes to be switched or deleted to make a candidate win.

Eric Bolling: "So let me get this straight. It's a real important point here. Dominion voting machines were in numerous states, numerous counties. There is some sort of software backdoor not unlike most phones will have a back door, but this will actually calculate and tell the person accessing the back door what type of voting percentages and what type of numbers are needed to change the win for a certain party, for a certain candidate."

Sidney Powell: "Exactly. They can watch the voting real time. They run a computer algorithm on it as needed to either flip votes, take votes out, or alter the votes to make a candidate win."

EB: "So that's different. This is even different. I just really want to be very careful here, be very meticulous about this. It's one thing to be able to watch it and decide how much more input you need to change to change the number, but now you're saying there's an actual way to change the vote tallies within the system."

SP: "That's exactly right."

EB: "That's a very very big claim there. I mean that would be voter fraud defined right there. What's the next step?"

The statistics behind Joe Biden's 'miraculous' late surge of Wisconsin votes.

Throughout most of the vote count in Wisconsin, President Trump held a steady lead. With 82% reporting, President Trump was up by 4.9 points; 51.7% to 46.8%. At 4am with 94% reporting, President Trump was up by 4.1 points.

President Trump led comfortably throughout
the evening until the final 6%.

There are currently 3,297,174 votes counted in Wisconsin, 3,240,268 of which are split between President Trump and Joe Biden. At 94% reporting that equated to 3,045,852 votes, split between President Trump and Joe Biden as follows:

President Trump = 1,585,366 votes
Biden = 1,460,486 votes

And yet despite this consistent lead for President Trump throughout the counting process, after the final 6% was counted, the overall vote totals somehow arrived at:

President Trump = 1,609,879 votes
Joe Biden = 1,630,389 votes

That means the final 6% of votes were split as follows:

Dominion voting machines

President Trump has shared some interesting videos on twitter regarding election fraud, and specifically the voting machines used in many states. The following video shared by President Trump explains how easy it is for hackers to hack the voting machines.

"What was so interesting was, I assumed coming into it that the big manufacturers, companies like ES&S and Dominion had provided these machines to the hackers to field test them but no, it turns out there's an extremely hostile relationship there and that ES&S and Dominion and other companies have basically said, 'We don't want to participate,' and really have been quite aggressive in saying we don't want to be part of this.

Corrupt media: "Mostly peaceful protests!"

The same media that said this is a mostly peaceful protest is telling us there is no widespread voter fraud.
